Shaka Zulu is a huge underground South African restaurant which describes itself as being a "theatre of food and drink"- a bold claim which the staff strive to uphold by immersing customers in the drama, creativity and passion involved in delivering each dish from the kitchen to the table. The cuisine in the Seafood & Oyster Bar has all the usual European and Mediterranean favourites as well as world renowned dishes brought directly from Cape Town. In the South African Braai restaurant, a very traditional South African grill-style cooking method is used, and delicacies such as Red Poll Beef and Dorper Lamb (from Her Majesty the Queen's Sandringham Estate in Norfolk) are on the menu.
