Maxwell's Bar and Grill is a vibrant, lively, high-energy restaurant and bar. It was first established in the 1970's by Brian Stein, who was on a mission to create a restaurant in London with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that served a decent burger (or two) and a grill selection- and so the gourmet burger trend was born. More than 40 years on, the mission has well and truly been accomplished with the now infamous burgers still being served to the residents, workers and visitors of the West End.
