taketwo had the opportunity to experience the Hairy Goat London Photography Mystery Tour. The tour began outside the Royal Exchange building where the rest of the photographers meet. The great thing about the mystery tour is no two tours are ever the same; the tour may take a different route every time depending on the weather or what interests the group may have during the day.
If you have an interest in photography or want a different perspective on London then the Hairy Goat London Photography Mystery Tour is perfect for tourists or locals because they always take visitors somewhere different every time. The tour lasts for 3 hours taking you through the quirky and hidden parts of London that not many know of.
The London Photography Mystery Tour is not an instructional photography lesson but is designed for people who enjoy exploring a city and taking photographs. All you need is a fully charged camera and plenty of memory cards or film. Visitors don't necessarily need to bring a high tech camera, something as simple as a camera on your phone will be fine.
Customers are encouraged to bring a drink and a snack to eat as on weekends the London City areas are almost deserted so snacks and drinks are hard to find on route. Visitors should wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriate for 3 hours outside. The tour usually starts at 11pm and lasts till around 2pm. Please note that individuals and groups of up to 10 people need to book in advance.

| Review: | I went on a 3hour lunchtime Mystery Tour with Corinna and would recommend it to everybody. Besides being great fun, it was informative and went to lots of hidden places that I would never have found on my own. Corinna was a fabulous leader and was always ready to advise on the best photographic angles. Night Mystery Tours weren't available during the week that I was in London so I took a personal tour that same night with Corinna. I had a fantastic time and having her all to myself was worth every penny and more. I was a solo traveller and would never have wandered around Embankment alone at night with expensive tripod and camera. I mastered some new techniques and have some fabulous photos to prove it. I would recommend all these tours for avid photographers as well as those looking for something completely different. Highly recommended |
